Meditation is the only process to deeply reflect on your self. Meditation is the deepest form on contemplation. There is no pill which you can pop in to control your mind, anger and lust but through meditation it can be done.

The peace is not outside, it lies within. It can only be attained through meditation.

Life is filled with endless questions, desires and persuasions. The five sense organs are always craving for some sort of pleasure. Biologically all creatures are hedonistic in nature but man has the gift of rationale and self-consciousness. We have a choice to let go of the path of pleasure seeking, be it physical or psychological.

Yoga and meditation is the only solution to the madness of life. It gives you a balance in life. It gives you the power to control your thoughts, emotions and actions, free from the constraints of biological urges.
